Good Day,
I seem to be having an issue with required fields as they not working on our event registration page. Users can register without entering all the required info.
Please could you have a look and advise on what the issue could be ” http://raceinfo.co.za/csir-race-2014/ ”

Hi Andrew,
The reason the required fields are not working is the EE validation script is not loading on that page.
Can you tell me the shortcode you are using on that page to pull in the event please?

Hi Andrew,
That was an issue a while back but has been fixed, so I’m a little unclear why it is still happening on your install.
Can you advise if you have modified the Event Espresso plugin in any way?
Also, can you try simply updating the post/page containing the shortcode?
Also, are you running any caching either at the server level or via a plugin? If so you will want to clear those caches.

Hi Dean,
As far as I know the plugin has not been edited, I have also tried to update the page without any luck. I have no caching running on the site either.
