I have seen a couple of topics on the required fields not working but they seem to be pretty specific to that persons situation.
For registration, the required fields do not need to be filled out to go to the confirmation and payment page.

Hi there,
This looks to be a combination of the WP theme using a different jQuery library (one from the jQuery CDN) and trying to load the page (and thus the jQuery library) as https. code.jquery.com does not support SSL. Please see this:

This can be resolved by changing the theme to use the WordPress bundled version of jQuery:

Hi,
Yes it is something that we could fix via a support token, though theme updates may over write our changes so you may still wish to contact the theme developer in respect to this.
