require payment before registration?

lately, attendees have been able to submit registrations without payment. can i still require them to pay in advance? where do i make that adjustment?

Hi Bill,

Do you actually mean they’d need to pay before they fill out the registration form? If so, no that’s not something that Event Espresso has an option for. One thing to keep in mind is if they fill out the registration form but do not pay, their registration will not reserve a spot. The exception being if the Default Registration Status is set to Approved, then an unpaid registration will reserve a spot.
