I’m running into duplicate registrations being created when they submit before paying or when a payment is declined and they go back and try again. Is there a way to only allow registration submission once a payment method has been chosen/approved?
When we setup the registration site we wanted to use the ticketing option that wasn’t yet available for EE4. (I see it is now but we can’t make the change until after our event)
The attendee limit should still prevent overselling.
Is your question regarding recording registrations or is there overselling occurring?
The first option is handled in the same way for both versions — a record is created and then the payment is associated.
