Hi,

I requested a new license key yesterday & it still says ‘pending & not active’ even though I have paid.

How long does this process take?

Hi Angela,

Sorry for the wait. How are you today? I’ve reset your license key. Please remove the license key from your General Settings page of Event Espresso, submit the field without the key, then re-add the key again. Let us know if you need anything else.
