I need to request a reset for my site. I moved EE to a subdomain. Who can I contact to accomplish this?

Hi there,

I’ve reset your license key for you.

You’ll need to remove the key from the site (Event Espresso -> General Settings), save the settings and then re-add the key (note the key does not change) and save the settings once again to re-assign the key.
