Allready jumnped through that hoop…and recieved no response .

I receive this in the dashboard of our site

Settings | Events | Deactivate | Edit

Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

No clue why…it was never like this and this license is alomst a year old ….so did as asked came to here …pressed request reset…and 2+ weeks later…nothing.

followed the instructions in the pop up after request reset…and still nothing.

How can I get rid of the above message…..and update our registration site.

Hi Steve,

I’m sorry for the trouble.

When you request a reset we simply reset the domain assigned to your key, you should have received an email to the address assigned to your account when the reset went through.

I can see on your account you have both the _FREE and premium key assigned to your Domain, so I will reset both of those keys.

Please go to Event Espresso, remove the key and save the settings.

Then go to your account page copy your license key that does not end with _FREE.

Paste that in the key field in Event Espresso (be sure to check for whitespace before/after) then save the key once again.

This should remove the message above and allow you to update Event Espresso.

If you have further problems just let me know.
