Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to create a registration form without a specific event? I am just wanting to embed a link to a form that acts as more of a request form. No event and no payment required. Just fill in questions and hit submit. Then an alert is sent to me that someone has filled out a request form. Please see http://www.artnook.org/private-events/

Hi Cindra, all registrations via a registration form would need to flow through registration checkout in Event Espresso.
You cannot create a registration form and collect information without it being part of an event.
A forms plugin like Ninja Forms or Gravity Forms or Contact Form 7 could be used to collect that information.
