Reprint Invoice & Resend Registration Issues

I am looking at the topic found at https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-reprint-and-send-invoice-to-another-person/ and I believe I am having the same issue as the original poster, except the solution offered does not solve my problem. The screenshot shared in the solution (also seen here: http://content.screencast.com/users/mrjonwilson/folders/Snagit/media/387c68b8-fa9f-4a33-bab0-a17926e5d5e5/2015-02-18_17-24-34.png) shows a red arrow pointing to what appears to be the invoice icon. However, this icon is missing on my transactions page. In fact, I only have a cart, a clipboard, and a megaphone icon. Where can I find the invoices for registrations in order to send them to someone requesting it?

Also, in a separate issue, I have had a request to resend registration information via email. When I navigate into a registration, I have a resend registration button. Yet, when I click it, no email seems to be sent. I have had the registrant look in her inbox and spam folder.

Hi Fred,

Double-check that your software is up to date through your WordPress dashboard:

Next, go to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings. Change the generation to use the same request option which looks like this and save changes:

From here, look for the HTML link towards the top of the page and click on it. Then drag the invoice over to the active area.

It should then appear on the registrations overview page.

You can also re-send the registration details again.
