Suppose my guests forgot after checkout to print their tickets, or they deleted the confirmation email… Or somehow they lost the tickets. Is it possible for them to re-print their tickets?
I suggest they would log in to the website and click a button: “tickets” where they can reprint them?
And if this is not possible, what would be a solution for this?

I know I can click the ticket link at the admin panel (only admin can), but suppose attendees lost their tickets I have to send them individually each time an email with their tickets.
It would be perfect if it is automatic, or their would be a button to request the mail again with ticket information (of course ticket information is available when payment is completed). Not that customers can request their registration details with an bad payment and get their tickets…
For now, your customers will have to contact you to trigger the notifications again. The WP User Integration add-on will eventually provide a “My Events” page where they can login to their account and access their tickets, but that has yet to be added.
Thx for your answer. Do you have any idea when this feauture will be implemented? I guess there are a lot of attendees who don’t read their email etc, and want to login the day before the event start to print their tickets…
