I’m not sure what you mean by reprint, can you explain a little more please?
Adding the above shortcodes to the registration approved message shouldn’t cause any problems as those shortcodes are specific to the transaction and not a specific payment.
Sorry, Tony. I meant regenerate or resend the message… I had the payment received message type deactivated, so it wasn’t in the messages history.
Someone asked for a receipt with the amount and it’s not in the registration approved email. I think I solved it all by simply having the amounts paid in the registration approved email.
