HI Guys,

How do you reprint the payment received email for a registration that is completed?

In looking in to this, I thought I may be easier to include the payment information in the registration approved message.

I added to my “Registration Approved” message:

Payment Details:

Payment Status: [PAYMENT_STATUS]
Transaction ID: [TXN_ID]
Total Cost: [TOTAL_COST]
Payment Amount: [AMOUNT_PAID]
Amount Due: [TOTAL_OWING]

Do you see any problems with that?

Hi Derek,

I’m not sure what you mean by reprint, can you explain a little more please?

Adding the above shortcodes to the registration approved message shouldn’t cause any problems as those shortcodes are specific to the transaction and not a specific payment.

Sorry, Tony. I meant regenerate or resend the message… I had the payment received message type deactivated, so it wasn’t in the messages history.

Someone asked for a receipt with the amount and it’s not in the registration approved email. I think I solved it all by simply having the amounts paid in the registration approved email.

Ah, ok, I thought that but wanted to confirm.
