I have tried to download a report/list of registrations from this conference: 2nd Workshop on Cloud Organization (WCO2). When checking the list it seems not to be complete, I miss several registrations in this list, like bjorn stevens, Alessandro Savazzi.
What have I done:
1) Go to event, click on registration, click on Event registrations csv report – this gives not a complete list.
2) Go to event, click on registration, click on filtered csv report – still does not gives not a complete list.
Why can I not get a complete list?
what is going wrong?

Thank you for contacting us today and sorry for the issue you are facing.
For troubleshooting we need some more information about the registrations that are not showing in the list.
Can you please share a screenshot of the registrations which are not showing (bjorn stevens, Alessandro Savazzi) by going to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations and take a screenshot with those visible.
