person ‘A’ registered and paid for our event. However, ‘A’ is now unable to attend and wants ‘B’ to attend instead. ‘A’ will still pay so no refund has to be made. I just need to swap out name, address, etc. How is this done?
How this is done depends on whether you want to keep the contact info for person A. If no, then you go into the registration record and click the View/Edit contact button under Contact Details. Then you edit the contact details there and click update.
If you want to keep the contact info for person A, then you can change the registration status of the original registration and create a new registration for person B.
