Hi there,

We don’t currently have a recurring events plugin for EE4 so I’m not sure how you have this setup?

Can you add more details on how your event is set up? We don’t have anything within core that will automatically email registrants for the next event at this time, but you may be able to do it manually, depending on setup.

Ah, ok, I see.

That add-on is for EE3 (which can be considered the ‘older’ version of Event Espresso), we don’t have a similar add-on for EE4 yet. But, even if you chose to use EE3 specifically for that add-on it does not have the functionality to automatically send out emails as requested.

That’s why i wondered if there was a way to have it email the last event purchaser’s automatically when the next event happens.

We would like to use EE as an offline payment yearly membership system since it functions great and the invoicing is excellent. But we don’t want to have to send out emails manually every year.

Whilst it’s not something you can do from within Event Espresso itself, you could likely do it with MailChimp with a yearly ‘newsletter’ campaign.

Would that work for you?
