Howdy all: I have a small problem. If you take a look at this page, http://annies-table.com/classes/summer-grilling-experiences/ You will see an event called “Grilled Fish.” When you hit register, a list of dates pop up….perfect. This is exactly how I want all reoccurring events to render. However, if you look at this page: http://annies-table.com/classes/island-themed-cooking-experiences/ You will notice that all the reoccurring events repeat themselves over and over in the list. I looked at the event settings for Grilled fish, and they look identical to the ones I have listed in the other page….yet, I do not have them all consolidated. Any ideas? |
You might want to try the latest versions of the templates that are included with recurring events manager plugin. |

Is Version 1.1.4 not the newest? According to wordpress, the plugin is not flagging for a pending update… |
|
Hi, The latest Recurring Events Manager is 1.1.8, not sure why it is not notifying you of an update but you can obtain the latest copy via your accounts page. |

Strange… Here’s my plugin list and here is the email I received when I purchased the Reoccurring plugin (the registration key is blanked out.) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/630585/photos/email.JPG Any ideas what I should do? |
Hi there, It looks like you purchased REM over a year ago. We no longer use e-junkie to process our downloads. In order to add it back to your account, you will need to purchase it again. Fortunately, we have a Cyber Monday sale going on today. The price of the REM add-on is only $19.98, today only. 🙂 See here: https://eventespresso.com/email/hero_cyber_monday_12_2_2013.html |

So the add ons are on a yearly subscription as well? |
Yes. And they are usually renewed when the main license is renewed. I’m not sure why you weren’t asked to renew the add-on. |

Okay… I have updated to 1.1.8….I spent the money…and still, the events do not consolidate on this page http://annies-table.com/classes/island-themed-cooking-experiences/ Is there a fix? |
Hi there, You are almost there. In order to use the new version’s templates, you will need to remove the templates that are in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates and copy over the new templates that are included with the REM plugin there. You’ll find the templates in the Recurring Events Manager plugin in a folder named recurring-event-templates. |

This worked! Thank you for your help! |
