Renewed license, upgrading EE3 not working

Hi, renewed my license for a Personal site for 1 year but cannot update my EE3 Version 3.1.36.5.P to Version 3.1.36.6.P. after renewal. I get this message:

“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

I tried a license key reset, went to PayPal for $1.00 and checkout failed. My account does not show payment went trough but says “Reset Pending” now. Here’s a screencast of that problem too: http://screencast.com/t/FFq6Lazc

UPDATE: no sooner I posted this ticket, I saw my plugin was available for update but the update failed anyway. See snapshot here: http://screencast.com/t/rCNYFPeqLeU

Hi Herb,

I have reset your license key, you should receive instructions via email on how to re-assign the key. If you follow those instructions you should then be able to update, if not please do let us know.
