Renewed license last month but the key is not recognized

Hi! We renewed our EE4 license last month (thanks for the discount to returning customers!) along with an add-on. However, the license key is not recognized on the website and there’s still a “Renew” button on the account page.

How can we solve this problem? Do you need to reset the key?
