I have a message for the event espresso date 5/21/22 confirming payment for the renewal of my license. But I cannot download the software nor update the systems’ license keys. I have sent a help request 3 times but no response. Doe any have a way to contact them or get this problem resolved. I needed it days ago and the problem is growing more critical daily.
