Renaming Attendees

Hi – I have a person who purchased 4 tickets to an event. When this happens, we ask people to enter the names of the other attendees but in this case, the person didn’t – they’re all listed as 1 name.

I’d like to update them to show the correct name, however, when I update one name, it updates all of them. How do I update the ticket names independently?

You can change the names on the additional tickets by going to the registrations list table (you go to Event Espresso > Events, find the event, then click on the Registrations link). There you’ll see the four tickets listed as:
(1 / 4)
(2 / 4)
(3 / 4)
(4 / 4)

You’ll skip the (1 / 4) registration and go to edit the (2 / 4) registration. There you’ll see a Contact Details box with a Create Contact button. You’ll click on the Create Contact button and update the information into the form there. Then you’ll click the Update button, and repeat for registrations 3 & 4.
