Removing Test Registrations – Stripe Payment Gateway

Hi

We’re unable to delete transactions – there is no option to delete, so we’re unable to remove registrations that have a payment associated.

We’re using Stripe payment gateway.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Olly,

Within the transaction do you see your Stripe payments listed?

You should see a trash icon next to the payment, show here: http://take.ms/5TW9u

You need to remove the payments within a transaction before the registrations can be removed, removing the registrations will also remove the transactions for those registrations.
