Removing Gravatar From Tickets or Adding a Logo?

The grey image for gravatar on tickets is not pretty. Can we remove it or replace it with a logo?

Yes.

You go in to edit the Ticket template and remove the following code:
<div class="gravatar">[GRAVATAR_*]</div>. Then you can replace with html code for a logo image.

I am following this instruction to do so and the first directory I am pointed to does not exist: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/put-custom-templates/

Those are actually not the instructions for EE4 tickets. Here’s a link to the instructions for EE4 tickets:
