I had an employee who added herself to be emailed every time someone paid for an event. She’s left the company, and I’d like to remove her email address from receiving these notifications. How do I do that?
How you remove her email address will depend on how the email address was added. If the email address was added to the email’s CC field, you’ll go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then click on the Event Admin link next to “Payment Received”.
Once there you’ll see a To: field and a CC: field. If the email address is in either of those fields it can be removed.
