Remove "use attendee 1 information for all attendees"

Hi
search this topic and found a thread but the answer was not there.
How can I remove the checkbox that enables the user to repeat the attendee 1 information for all attendees?
We want to have all attendee information.

WordPress version: 3.9
Event Espresso version: 4.2.3 reg

Hello! The following line of CSS will hide the attendee toggle:

#spco-copy-attendee-dv{display:none}

You can add it to a plugin like My Custom CSS.
