How do I remove the upcoming events side bar from an event detail view?

Hi there,
There’s a page template selector in the event editor for events, can you select a ‘Full Width’ page template there?

Hi Tony, yes, when I change to the 2015 theme the layout shows the other elements. I’m using Unicon. Can you suggest how I might be able to modify the template for that page to show those elements?

…and if you go to http://aestrainstitute.com/courses/ you’ll see a hard-coded version of the page that’s more like where I’d like to go (with dynamic updating)

I’m guessing the above replies are for your other thread as the above if referring to the event list, but the opening thread here is for the event details (single EE events?)?

Tony, the only Templates I can choose are Default, Blank (which looses the menu), and Blog …and Aestra Event Details. That last template is in the Child theme. I changed that template to remove the sidebar and now it works like I’d like.
