Your Event Espresso support license expires within 30 days. We will attempt automatically renew your support license with a 30% loyal customer discount. If your billing information has changed within the past 12 months, please login to your account today and verify it is correct.
Login to your Event Espresso account.
Scroll down to the Your Billing Info area of your account page on the left side of your screen.
Click on the teal / blue button that says “Click to Edit” and then update your billing information.
Afterwards, click on the green button that says “Save Changes” and you’ll be all set. Thank you, Event Espresso.
Do you mind if I log in and take a look? I’m wondering if something is hooking into the request to dismiss the notice and preventing it from going through.
