Remove list bullets RECIPIENT_TICKET_LIST

Hi,

I want to remove list bullets from RECIPIENT_TICKET_LIST shortcode generated list. I tried to do it by editing the css and email template with no luck.

Where did you edit the CSS?

What email client are you using the view the emails? The bullet points should already be set not to display by default.
