As you see here in the Ticket Details it says Goes on sale date: We have this set to an old date and it confuses people who read it. Can I remove this to not show? Just show Sale Ends.

Hi,

What you can do is make a copy of the ticket_details.template.php
file, copy it from the EE4 plugin.

Its location is in /modules/ticket_selector/templates/

Then, you’ll put the copy into your active WordPress theme’s folder
(e.g. in wp-content/themes/name-of-theme/ticket_details.template.php)

Then edit the copy and remove lines 40-55.

It is like cpanel stuff. You could get the file you need by downloading a copy of the Event Espresso 4 plugin from your account page. Then you’ll unzip, then open the folder using your computer’s file manager. Then open /modules/ticket_selector/templates/. Then you’ll take the ticket_details.template.php file you find there and upload it to your web server. FTP is one way to do this, or you could use the file manager provided in cpanel. The location you’ll upload the ticket_details.template.php file to is wp-content/themes/mesmerize-pro.
