EE 3.1.36.5.P Hi Guys, What is the best way of removing the additional attendee fields, so only 1 person needs to enter their details for a group booking? http://screencast.com/t/rYnxGtvf6u9j Thanks. |
The additional attendee information needs to be copied from the primary attendee. This information isn’t automatically filled in. — |

Thanks Lorenzo, If I can just elaborate, the client doesn’t want customers to complete the extra additional fields after ‘Attendee 1’. Is this possible to do, as I’ve read through previous posts about hiding the additional attendee fields? Thanks. |

Hi Ben, Well the simplest way would be to make the additional attendees require no info (Event Editor > Additional Attendee Registration info? > No info required), so the Primary attendee does a group booking but the additional attendees are effectively anonymous as no questions will be asked. |

Thanks Dean, That’s what I thought, and in that case then, there must be something not quite right somewhere, as you can see no info required is already set – http://screencast.com/t/gHFSVTTpqa5X Any thoughts? |
Dean’s recommendation will work. Is this site up to date? — |

Hi Ben, Is this when using MER? I notice in the screenshot you have the [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] so I’m guessing the issue is when 2 ticket types are selected? If that is the case this is unfortunately a limitation of the Multi Event Registration Add-on in that each ticket type requires the Personal information group to entered at least once. So as an example with your settings if you have 4 ticket types (lets say Adult, Child, Student, OAP) and a user selects 1 tickets for each of those types, then Personal information would be required 4 times. If however they selected 4 x Adult tickets, Personal info would be required just once. Does that make sense? |

Thanks Lorenzo & Tony. Yes Lorenzo, all up to date. That totally makes sense Tony, I thought I was trying to achieve the impossible, but I wanted to check with you guys first of all. Thanks for your replies! |
Thank you for the feedback ๐ Just to I add, I know you are currently waiting for EE4 to include your required functionality but this issue has been resolved within EE4, you can select as many ticket types as you need with only 1 set of questions. |

Thanks Tony. |
