When we upgraded our registration system stopped working, it opens a new page that looks like a registration but has no submit button. so no one can sign up for classes!!! ahhh. I purchased a support token and sent an email regarding as this is a big time for us.

Hi,

Can you disable the DM Albums plugin and please test the registration/add to cart again? The DM Albums plugin is causing multiple jQuery/JavaScript errors which is affecting the carts operation.

If you would like us to do that for you, we can, but please provide permission as disabling plugins is something we are cautious about on live sites.

Your site is running incredibly slowly for me, and even timing out at times. This is generally a server issue where there are not enough resources available. One thing you could try is increasing the memory allocation (http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP). If that does not help you will need to refer to your host for further assistance about server resources.

Once I managed to get past the server timing out, I could complete a registration. It did not pass me to PayPal but that’s because of the above jQuery problem.

Okay, will do right now. I actually had our hosting company up our memory allocation last week so that is concerning! I will get right back after the DM albums is disabled.

This will be a big bummer as all of our store is shown on the DM Albums. It will virtually make our sight useless during the holidays.

Well, in firefox this made the add to cart work. in safari you still cannot register it opens a new page that does not still have anything that allows you to submit.

Hi Dina,

A little reminder about the DM Albums plugin: The DM Albums plugin was causing issues for you back in 10/12 and you paid us to make some changes to it. If you updated to a newer version of DM Albums, the changes will need to be re-done. If you can send the FTP credentials to your website we can re-apply the changes.

Hi Dina,

Thanks for sending. The Calendar and the DM Albums plugin are re-activated, and I added the event times back on to the event list.

In the future if you run into this again, a good thing that you can check first is go into the DM Albums plugin’s settings and make sure it’s using the copy of the jQuery library that’s bundled in with WordPress. The way the DM Album’s plugin settings are worded are a little confusing, so here’s a screenshot of what it should look like:
