I just had a student register for a class and get a declined payment. Event expresso correctly classify this as a declined payment. There is red exclamation point by the payment and when I click on it it says declined payment. When I look at the attendees it was 4/5 It should read 3/5 as the 4th person payment was declined. My main course regstration page says there are 1 spot left when it should read 2 spots left.
To make matters even more confusing when I go to event overview from the main menu, where it lists all the events I have, that same event shows 3/5 for attendees. When I click on the event and look at the attendees in the event it reads 4/5.
Any suggestions?
This is extremely problematic as know if I don’t catch this my website will turn my 5 person class into a 4 person class.
it depends if I look at the listing of events from event overview where all the events are listed it says 3/5 when I click on the actually event and look into attendees it says 4/5. Too make matters even more confusing someone just signed up since then and now everything is perfect, i’ve seen this exact thing happen twice now. Where someone signs up and payment gets declined. At that point event expresso counts the declined payment as a paid customer, and once someone else signs up it seems to fix it self?? I have screen shots if if posting them would help explain what is going on.
Within the event is the default registration status set to Pending or Incomplete?
