Hello,

I am currently putting the finishing touches to my project to send registrations from my customers CRM into their EE4 website. I have been able to create Events, Attendees, Registrations, Transactions and all associated entities but I was wondering if it would be possible to give access to one of the engineers to “double check” that the registrations I am submitting and am able to view on the website are fully formed.

Basically, I wanted to check if there was anything I had missed that would come back to bite me once I launch this and the customer starts bulk booking via their CRM software.

Is there any way I can send WordPress log in details to my staging website so that someone can take a look?

I realise that this might not be the best place to ask this type of question or it might require a paid support token but if you could just let me know that would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Sam

Hi Sam,

You can check with the sales team via their form and if there’s availability they may be able to give you an estimate for what it’d take to do a code review.

Hi Josh,

Sorry that page seems to refer me back to these forums for technical support or do I have to purchase a priority support token for a code review? https://eventespresso.com/product/premium-support-token/

Just wanted to double check. If so I’ll mark this thread resolved.

Cheers,
Sam

UPDATE: I’ve submitted a priority support request.

I also wanted to say that if this has to be limited to one issue: I am aware that for registrations that have been submitted via API, their invoices are not generating. Any assistance with that would be appreciated.

Hi Lyle,

Please contact the sales team for a quote. Code reviews and support for custom development is not done by Event Espresso support staff and is not included with technical support of the Event Espresso plugin or add-ons. If the developers get involved that gets charged at a higher rate.

Hi Josh,

Totally understand that. I wondered if it was an issue related to the API which is now core EE that it might be covered but agree that it’s borderline.

I already bought a Priority support token just in case (I have submitted that already) if it turns out that is not the right thing then do you have the contact details for the sales team? I believe that the cost for the support token can be used for renewal of my license for the plugin as well?

I couldn’t find them with the link you sent previously. Unless I was being dumb.

Thanks in advance.
Sam

Hi Sam,

One of the developers took a look at the code and followed up via email.

The support token cannot be used for the renewal of your support license. If you have any further questions about support license renewals or other account related questions, you can reach out to the sales team via the form on this page. You’ll select “I have a billing or account question”.
