Our client requested that a form show the registrations screen with a line for each additional registrant. Although it shows a new line, the information there is for the primary recipient, not the additional registrant.
I tried to copy the setup of another event which does this correctly, but it doesn’t work.

You have to go to that event and ensure that the additional registration should have this checked too.

Thank you Rio for the quick response, it’s much appreciated!
While that does work on the registrations screen list, it also makes the e-mail and telephone fields now required for additional recipients on the form.
For this “Open House” event, our client only wanted to have the first and last names fields for additional registrants. This “Registration Information” question group is shared with other event forms, so it doesn’t appear simple to not have the e-mail and telephone fields appear on the registration form — please see this screenshot of the question group:

I made an alternate version of this Registration Information group called “Registration Information 102623” but using that one instead no longer shows each additional recipient’s information in the registrations listing screen.
How can I have the the Registration Information group not show the e-mail and telephone fields for this Open House event form — and still have the additional recipient information on the registrations screen list?

Hi there,
The ‘Registration Information’ you are using is the default ‘Personal Information’ group which holds the main system questions, it is required for each registrant and at least the First Name and Email Address fields are required (last name is enabled by default but can be disabled).
So you can’t set Event Espresso to collect the personal information for the primary registrant only and still have the additional registrants show up as registrants. You will need to collect First Name and Email email at a minimum.
You can move the Phone Number question into another group which allow you to then select that other group on the events that require it and no on the others. So the Registrant Information question group should contain the minimum questions you require across ALL registrants, additional questions from there should be in an/additional group.
