Hi,
Whenever we try to navigate to the event espresso > registrations page while logged in to the backend of WordPress it is incredibly slow. I was wondering if there was a setting or something that would allow us to adjust the number of records per page on this page. It seems like right now it is set to 1,000/page. We were hoping that if we could reduce it to 100 or 200 it would make a big difference.

Hi Caitlyn,
That is a large amount of records and attempting to retrieve that many at once will be slow. Try adjusting screen options in the top right area of your registrations screen.
Then adjust it to 100 and save changes.
