Hi, occasionally I get a few tickets that are bought via paypal but EE4 doesnt register that the payment has been made so leaves the customer in the pending payment section.
This can be awkward when checking of attendees as some have not paid but had their payment fail half way through the process, and occasionally it is a customer who did pay and then the system did not trigger the transition onto the paid ticket list. It can be very awkward. People complaining of just having the paypal receipt but no info from the EE4 app
Please could you tell me what is the best way to make sure every successful registration switches over to payment paid, at the moment i am having to cross reference if the payment has been made by searching my paypal account, it is time consuming and not efficient, i hope you can help
Is there anything displayed within the Payment Details section? Specifically the ‘Gateway response’ column? – http://take.ms/JVGsW
