Registrations not matching tickets

I’m really confused about this…I just changed the dates on 3 events and got different results on two of the 3. And then I realized none of the numbers match up. Here are the details:
1. i changed the residential contractor class from Dec 9 to Dec 7. Now in the list of Registrations, the Event Date is blank for those complete registrations. I see 2 complete registrations there, but when I go to the page where I can see the registered people, there’s only 1 registration. https://www.paulcalvoschool.net/sc-contractors-license-exam-prep/sc-residential-contractors-license/, when I look at the event datetimes and tickets it shows 0 sold for that date.
2. I changed the date for HVAC Commercial and HVAC Residential from Dec 16 to Dec 21. The Pages show 2 registrations for Commercial and 1 for Residential, the datetimes shows 1 for Commercial and 3 for Residential. When I look at the registrations, there is 1 complete for Commercial and 3 for Residential.

Why are these like this? How do I know what’s right?

Hi Fran,

When you say you changed the date, what exactly did you do? Literally, just change the DateTime Event Start/End?

I changed the date on the ticket, and then I changed the date on the datetime for that same event.
