We are using the software to run a camp. We have 1400 now registered for this week long event and now they need to go through and select the different activities offered at this event.
What would be the best way to do this?
Each day activity is limited to a certain number of people so it will need to say “sold out” (or similar) once that number is reached.
There are no additional charges for the activities for those who have already registered.
The best way to go about this (in EE4) is to have them select those options when they first register for the event. Since they have already register, we will have to take another approach.
The only way I can think do this is to create another event with the additional options, then paste the embed code (EE4) for the ticket selector on a password protected page. Then email the attendees to inform that they need to register for the additional options, then give them the password.
