Some registrations coming in are missing name email and address at random. They come in at random some may be missing just first and last name even though they are required. Some registrations will have all the info and some will not.

Hi, that should not be possible due to what you have shared with the personal question group being required (e.g. name and an email). What version of Event Espresso 4 are you currently using for your project?

If they purchase 2 tickets, one of the tickets will be missing the info.
version is 4.4.9

Hi there,
The latest version of the Event Espresso is currently 4.8.7.p
I would recommend creating a site back (at least a backup of the database) and updating to the latest version.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information.
Search for WP_MEMORY, what value it set there?
Then search for ‘memory_limit’ and see what values you have there?
When you say the information is missing, is the field completely blank or is it using all the same details from the Primary registrant?

I will update hoping it will get fixed.
WP_MEMORY is 512 MB
memory_limit is global_value 128M , local_value 256M
All the information is missing. Even for the primary registrant.
