We are using PayPal Standard for a payment gateway but are having some problems getting the registrations to show paid. All remain as Incomplete. This is after the payment has gone through. Also, the registrants are receiving emails saying their payments are pending. I’ve searched through the forum but haven’t found a solution. The administrator has approved all registrants. Do we have to go into each registration individually and click on the accept payment? Not sure what else to do. The process worked fine on the previous event and the only change other than updated EE is to change the paypal account holder.
You’ll need to check the PayPal payment method settings within EE, then check that IPN’s are enabled and the correct encoding is used for those IPN’s from within the PayPal account.
