I just updated to EE4.6.2. After I updated, registration freezes upon clicking “Register Now” – the following pages are never shown and the registration is not processed. This happens for every ticket for every active event.
The URL is eventpageblahblah/?ee=process_ticket_selections but nothing shows up.
I have tested with all other plugins deactivated, and the problem persists.
I checked your website that’s connected to your support license and the registration went right through. Can you check the registration list view to see if the test registration is there?
Along with that, can you go to supportdetails.com with the browser you are using and give us the information it returns?
It appears to be working now. I have no idea what changed, but it’s working. Thank you!
