Registrations and Events Disappearing

Several of our events have disappeared suddenly after being added to our calendar and hanging out there for a week or so.

Registrations have also disappeared after guests have paid and received confirmation. It has happened before my eyes as I’m switching back and forth between event registrations. We have had 15 people show up this week with receipts and we have no record of their registration. I have a lot of very unhappy customers. PLS HELP!

You actually reported this once before:

and I recommended to start taking regular backups. Since this has happened again, I can recommend switching to a recommended host. For no reason should data be disappearing like this.
