After you select what tickets you want, and click “register now,” the page goes blank. I believe this started happening once I updated to the later versions of EE4 and WP Users.

PS – I tried what you suggested in this post: https://eventespresso.com/topic/registration-checkout-page-shows-blank-espresso_checkout/ and it didn’t do anything.

This looks like a fatal error is being thrown by PHP, can you turn on WP_DEBUG and reload the page to get that error?

The last error indicates that when you did the update, you didn’t remove some of the old Event Espresso files from the prior version. So you have some old plugin files that need to be removed.
You can ensure that you remove all of the old files by first deleting the Event Espresso plugin, then upload a fresh copy that you download from your account page.
