We have all of our events set up so only 1 person can register for 1 slot, but having some situations pop up where a class is showing “sold out” but the “Sold” number does not match the QTY number, and is different than the “Reg” number. I have two or three instances of this happening for my May class registrations, which are all free to sign up… |
Hi Ken, What version of Event Espresso are you running? Could you link to one or two of these events so I can take a look? — |

4.1.10 Every one of our classes has a discrepancy. This class – http://www.sunhealth.org/SHevents/recipe-healthy-aging/ shows This class – http://www.sunhealth.org/SHevents/food-mood-connection-2/ shows This appears to be the case with every class we have online. What are we doing wrong? All classes are set so you can only register for 1 ticket. |
4.1.10 is an old version of Event Espresso. We are currently on version 4.2.3. Please backup and update to the latest software. Then let us know if the issue continues with new registrations. — |

Thanks. Asking our digital agency to do update. Will let you know outcomes. |

WE have updated this and are still having problems, as well as more complaints than ever from my internal staff and our customers. Please advise how I can get this remedied or we will start looking for a new vendor. We have events that people have to fill out the entire registration only to find out it’s sold out. And, I’m still seeing a major disparity between Approved Registrations, Sold 40 and Reg. |
Hello, Updating to the current software does not change any figures for prior registrations. Is anyone running any test registrations on any of these events? Even if these are deleted, they are still counted on the ticket figures. — |

We may have some partial registrations, how do you clear those out? I’m having people likely starting registrations and not finishing. Our older adult clientele, and some of our staff are very frustrated. Also, is there a way for people to sign up for more than one event or have their profile saved? |
Hello again, Event Espresso records all registration attempts even if they are not completed. You can remove these through the registrations page but it will not change the original ticket figures. You can register for one event at a time. You may be thinking of Multiple Event Registration but that addon is currently compatible with Event Espresso 3. — |
