Email tickets and registration confirmations are not being sent to our customers. We had it set up before, but when we renewed our license with Event Espresso it seems to not have it connected anymore. When I open “messages” it says “(30/30 Failed)” for the last registrations.
One important thing to know is your support license doesn’t actually affect the sending of emails on your website.
I did some checking and found that all of your site’s message templates have been removed. This is what the Default Message Templates page looked like:
