Hi Guys,
Our Client purchase your Event espresso plugin, it’s been running for a long time but suddenly this error occur. When user finalize the registration. That error popup. Our team tried to disabled all the plugins may conflict and clear cache but doesn’t solve anything. Hope you can help us on this one.
When the button is clicked we got this error. 500 Internal Server Error
In our debug log.
[05-Nov-2019 02:56:10 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /home/studiopi/c9.studiopilates.com/education/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/admin/EE_Admin_Page_Loader.core.php on line 737
A PHP Deprecated function notice would not cause error 500, that would be a fatal error and the above is not.
Can you recheck the error logs for any other errors thrown at the time you get the above?
Looking at the site linked to your license (which I assume is a staging site based on the URL) it looks like you may be using EE4 version 4.9.49 which was released October 18 2017 (See Changelog), is that correct?
Can you link me to the site/event in question? (You can mark your post private if preferred)
Although it’s not causing the above, create_function() was deprecated in PHP version 7.2 and is not used in the above file on the latest version of Event Espresso 4.
