We stuck in wired error, system received the payment but Registrations tab always show pending payment.
We tried to figure out the problem we noticed that Message system not sending emails properly, sometimes it sends emails after 6 days for registration completed emails and this time its does not contain in queue to send email.
Would you please let me know how message system work or suggest me a way to resolve the problem.
I had a look at your registration checkout page and I did not see any errors.
Authorizenet AIM is onsite so the payments and registrations should be updated right after a successful payment.
If you go to Event Espresso –> Transactions and view a recent transaction, then is there a payment logged there?
On the messages system, by default it triggers through front-end activity through wp-cron. Was the site under development with a maintenance mode within the past week?
If you go to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings, then do you see the various messages types of Email, HTML, PDF as green and enabled?
