When a user is trying to register for the event and tries to pay then we receive Registration Status as Abandoned in the backend and when we call that user, the browser that they are using is IE10 and IE11.

So why is this registration not working in IE, we cannot seem to replicate the issue but everytime a user tries to register we get payment status as Abandoned and user gets an email with the given below subject:
[SenderAuthentication Validation Error] ComplianceAid Conference Event: Your payment failed

When people are using IE at that time they are getting issue, but when using different browser, then registration is done properly.

Also in case of Abandoned registrations we do not get the information regarding their User Agent.

Hi there,

Can you link me to an event I can use to run some test registrations on and view this?

Hi,
Usually when there’s an issue related to payments and IE, the cause is a JavaScript error. This especially the case if the payment gateway is Stripe or Braintree because those gateways use JavaScript.

If you check the site with IE10 or IE11 and open IE’s dev tools, do you find a JavaScript error in the console?
