Registration Row Deleted Out Of Table

Hello,

We have had 2 instances of a registration that was completed and an email was sent but the registration is no where to be found.

I went directly into the Database and it is missing from the wp_esp_registration table as well. The reg_id is 2072 2069 – 2071 are there and 2073 – 2075 are there but 2072 is gone.

Now, I assume that the row would have existed at one point. I assume this because the reg_id column is auto increment.

Any ideas as to how registrations might get removed from the DB?

Which version number of EE4 are you using?

Do you know which payment method those registrations used?

We have code within EE that checks for transactions with a status of failed that are over 1 week old and removes those, however if that caused the registration be removed something is interfering with the reg steps and preventing transactions from updating correctly. They should move out of ‘failed’ status as soon as registration details have been entered and the user clicked to move onto the next step.
