I am unable to get descriptions to save on new questions (if I save and close and come back the description fields are all empty) and if I go back to edit a question the Question Text and Question Label fields are also blank. As long as I don’t save the information will be there if I go back to the list of questions.

I believe I’m experiencing the same issue. Click “edit” on an existing question and all fields show as blank.
Create a new question, enter Question Text and set Type to “Text”, click “Save and Close”. Then, click “edit” on that question and all fields are blank.
I recently updated to EE version 4.10.19.p

Hi there,
We’ve been investigating this and have pushed a fix live (v4.10.20.p)
If you don’t see the update available on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Make no changes and just hit save.
The update should then show in the plugins menu.
