Registration Pending Payment emails not being sent

Our registration pending payment notifications are not being sent. I have to manually check for pending payment registrations and then manually send them.

I checked the templates and the admin and Primary Registrant are still set to active.

Hi there,

The emails are triggered when the user finalizes the registration, based on your other thread here:

You don’t have an offline payment method activated (I also checked on the site just now and you only have PayPal payment options enabled, so with that said how are users triggering the pending payment emails?
