Hi there,
I have had this issue for some time and I dont know why but my registration pages for any of my events are SO SLOW TO UPLOAD and one details are submitted it SLOW to PROCESS its like the clog items takes sometimes upto a 60 seconds to upload or complete – Please can someone help:

Some times I have to press the [REGISTER NOW] button at least 4 times to get to the registration page and then once details submittedm, the [PROCEED to payment] button takes slowly and finally the payment page as well. The whole process is very slow!

Hi there,
This sounds like an issue with your server rather than Event Espresso.
May I ask what type of hosting are you using? Shared hosting, VPS or?
I’ve just tested a registration on my end and whilst it was a little slow it wasn’t as bad as you’ve mentioned above (took about ~8 seconds to submit the ticket then about ~5 seconds to proceed to payment options).
To give you some details on what happens on those requests, when you click to submit your ticket it’s writing creating the registrations within the database and waiting for your server to respond. It’s a similar situation on the ‘proceed to payment options’, only at that point it’s updating the current database rows rather than creating new ones. If your server is taking a while to complete that process then all Event Espresso can do is wait for it to finish.
If you check the server error logs can you see any error from Event Espresso? (Your host will usually have a section you can view errors on in your control panel)
